Happy Faced towel care
Take care of the towel that takes care of you.
Your Happy Faced towel arrives ready to use. When laundry day eventually finds you, keep it simple: wash cold, skip the softener, and tumble dry low. That is basically the whole operation.
The short version.
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron. Keep away from fire. Listen to something good while you wait.

Before you blame the washing machine.
Can Happy Faced towels go in the washing machine?
Yes. Machine wash your Happy Faced towel in cold water with similar colors and a mild detergent.
Can Happy Faced towels go in the dryer?
Yes. Tumble dry using low heat. You can also hang the towel to air dry.
Why should I avoid fabric softener?
Fabric softener can leave a coating on microfiber that reduces absorbency and makes it harder for the towel to do its one job.
Can I use white vinegar instead of fabric softener?
A small amount of plain white vinegar may be used occasionally in the rinse cycle instead of fabric softener. Do not mix vinegar directly with bleach.
Can I use bleach on a Happy Faced towel?
No. Bleach can damage the fibers and affect the printed design.
Should I iron my Happy Faced towel?
No. High heat from an iron can damage microfiber. Your towel does not need to look ready for a job interview.
Do I need to wash my towel before using it?
Happy Faced outdoor towels are washed before shipping and arrive ready to use. You can wash yours again before use if that is your preference.
What are Happy Faced towels made from?
Happy Faced towels are made from 88% recycled polyester and 12% polyamide, also known as nylon.
