We make shipping towels considerably more complicated than shipping emails, but we do our best. Here is everything you need to know about free shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, international orders, merchandise, and gift cards.

Quick Shipping Facts

Free Shipping: $75+

Domestic towel orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping when another discount or promotional offer is not being used.

Typical Delivery: 5–7 Business Days

In-stock orders sent with standard shipping typically arrive within 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Normal Shipping Days: Tuesday and Friday

We generally process outgoing orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. The shipping gnomes need structure.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic towel orders shipped within the United States.

• Domestic towel orders with a qualifying subtotal of $75 or more receive free standard shipping.
• Free shipping generally cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer.
• The qualifying subtotal is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
• Electronic gift cards do not count toward the free-shipping threshold because no physical gift card is being shipped.
• Merchandise fulfilled from a separate location may have its own shipping charge and may not qualify for the towel free-shipping offer.

Processing Times

Before the Towel Starts Traveling

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been packed and handed to the carrier. Processing time and carrier transit time are two different things.

• We normally process and ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Orders placed shortly after a shipping day may wait until the next scheduled processing day.
• Processing can take longer during product launches, sales, holidays, unusually busy periods, or when the shipping gnomes become emotionally overwhelmed.
• Need an order sooner? Contact us before ordering or as quickly as possible afterward. We cannot guarantee special handling, but we will do what we reasonably can.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery estimates are provided as a guide. They are not guaranteed arrival dates.

• In-stock orders shipped with standard service typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
• The delivery estimate shown at checkout usually reflects carrier transit time and may not include the time required to process and pack your order.
• Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, regional disruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
• Shipping rates and available carrier services are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been fulfilled.

Expedited shipping is not currently offered as a standard checkout option.

For a time-sensitive order, contact us through our contact page before ordering. We cannot promise miracles, teleportation, or overnight gnome deployment, but we will tell you what is realistically possible.

International Shipping

Outside the United States?

Our standard online shipping options are currently focused on addresses within the United States. Limited international shipping may be available by custom quote.

• International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local delivery fees unless stated otherwise in writing.

Merchandise and Gift Cards

They Play by Different Rules

Not every item is stored or fulfilled from the same location, which means an order may arrive in more than one package.

• Certain merchandise is shipped from a separate fulfillment location.
• Separately fulfilled merchandise may carry an additional shipping charge.
• Items shipped from different locations may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
• Gift cards are delivered electronically and do not generate a physical shipment.
• Electronic gift-card value does not count toward the physical-order free-shipping threshold.

Does Happy Faced offer expedited shipping?

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Some merchandise is fulfilled from a separate location. Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment location may arrive in separate packages with different tracking information.

No. Gift cards are delivered electronically and do not count toward the free-shipping threshold for physical orders.
