This website is operated by Love You So Big LLC, doing business as Happy Faced. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Happy Faced,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Love You So Big LLC.

Happy Faced offers this website, including the information, tools, products, features, and services available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Our Online Store

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products, process transactions, manage customer accounts, and operate the store.

Your use of certain checkout, payment, customer-account, Shop, Shop Pay, or other Shopify-powered features may also be subject to terms and policies provided by Shopify or another applicable service provider.

We remain responsible for the products we sell and for the operation of the Happy Faced store.

Eligibility

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the place where you live or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.

You may not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Prices and Payments

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin fulfillment, or ship the order. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:

Payment authorization problems
Shipping restrictions
Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, shipping address, billing address, or order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders may begin processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a requested change or cancellation can be completed before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must generally be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility, deadlines, item-condition requirements, return-shipping costs, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and final-sale exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Gift Cards, Discounts, and Promotions

Gift cards, discount codes, promotional offers, free products, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms displayed with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined
Discounts have no cash value
Promotions may be changed or ended before an order is placed
Gift cards are delivered electronically
Gift cards do not count toward physical-order free-shipping thresholds
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases

We may reject or cancel a promotion that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of its stated terms.

Wholesale, Custom, and Business Orders

Wholesale, custom, collaborative, licensed, private-label, bulk, or other business orders may be governed by separate quotes, invoices, purchase orders, written agreements, approval processes, payment terms, production schedules, and cancellation rules.

When separate written terms apply to an order, those terms control to the extent they conflict with these general Terms of Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You represent that content you submit:

Is truthful and based on your genuine experience when submitted as a review
